Spascat partners with Coste360.it to enhance Coastal Monitoring in Italy
We are excited to announce a new partnership with Coste360.it, an Italian platform dedicated to providing comprehensive data and tools for the effective management and protection of the Italian coastline.

Spascat has recently partnered and started a collaboration with coste360.it, a platform dedicated to the monitoring and management of Italian coastlines. Through this partnership, Sorraline’s shoreline extraction services are now available to coste360.it and its users, supporting their efforts to provide up-to-date and reliable coastal information.
Our partnership involves integrating Sorraline’s satellite-based shoreline extraction services into the Coste360.it platform. Sorraline provides automated extraction of the coastline from satellite imagery, allowing users to track changes over time and gain insights into coastal dynamics without requiring specialized software or extensive expertise. This capability complements Coste360.it’s existing services by providing objective, regularly updated data on shoreline positions.
Coste360
Coste360.it offers up-to-date information covering various aspects of the coastal zone of Italy, including beaches and details related to bathing area state concessions. Their advanced monitoring system is designed to ensure accurate and accessible data, supporting transparent and responsible management of coastal territories.
Venice Architecture Biennale 2025
This collaboration is particularly timely as Coste360.it is preparing to participate in the Venice Architecture Biennale 2025, within the Italian Pavilion themed “Terrae Aquae.” Their exhibit will showcase their work on coastal monitoring and management, highlighting the critical intersection of land and water environments.
